In Anna's Name helps others deal with the loss of a child through the distribution of a book called "Give Yourself Permission to...", a book about how to cope with death. People may purchase books for $10 each. Money earned from the book sales helps support a fund the Pasternak family created- "In Anna's Name, The Amanda K. Pasternak Memorial Fund, A Good Works Foundation." In June, the foundation gave $250 each to two Freehold Township High School seniors, based on the school's recommendations.
